Pide Global Ltd ("we", "us") supplies A4 paper to customers in Ghana through this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the details of your order. That is all. We do not collect card details or any payment information online, because payment is made on delivery.

How we use your information

We use your details to confirm and deliver your order, to respond to your enquiries, and to keep proper sales records. Your email address, phone number and delivery address are kept only as part of our sales records, and for no other purpose. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them to anyone.

Who we share it with

The only people we share anything with are the delivery couriers who bring your order, and they receive only your name and phone number so they can reach you at delivery. No other information is passed to them, and nothing is shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep sales records, including the contact details attached to them, for as long as we are required to for accounting and tax purposes under Ghanaian law. When records are no longer needed, they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, you may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at accounts@pideglobal.com and we will respond promptly.

Cookies

This website uses only the basic cookies needed for it to function, such as remembering your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
